During this phase, The Crowne Group will gather all of the pertinent information from your Human Resource personnel and insurance vendors to gain a full understanding of the present “state of benefits”. The goal during this phase is to identify areas of potential improvement. Following are some examples of the types of information that will be gathered during the fact finding phase: Contracts, Benefit Summaries/Plan Documents, Current Rates, Claim Experience, Utilization Reports, Headcount & Enrollment Summaries, and present Billing/Administration processes.
