Our program provides human resources staff, managers and employees a real-time, web-based portal to view and manage human resource functions with available modules such as Time and Attendance, Benefits Enrollment, Benefits Management, Performance Review, Training and Payroll. The self-service employees to review their benefits, time-off balances, payroll history and other routinely requested information reducing the number of unnecessary calls to Human Resources or their Managers. The open architecture of our management system allows for a smooth and simple integration with most accounting and payroll systems currently in use while not requiring costly hardware changes.
